do i have herpes?

hi, im so freak out about herpes type 2, it started a year ago, when i was in touch with a person that was herpes type 2 positive, i had sex with her for 3 times always with a condom, afterwards we stoped having sex but kept touching each other, if i touch her i didnt touch myself and viceversa, but later i found out like little spot on the head of my pennis wich get dry and start pealing, i went to see a doctor and she said it wasnt herpes, she prescribed me a cream for a fangus infection, i never had any symptoms until a few months ago i start feeling like a sensation on the area, so couple days laterthe skin starts pealing, and i started having more often the sores in my mouth cause im herpes type 1 positive, i have been tested for herpes type 1 and type 2, and the results came back positive for herpes type 1 and negative for type 2, nevertheless after using the cream i found out that it wasn't working cause the problem comes and goes, i mean the skin get dry, start pealing, and is the same over and over again, i had have been tested 4 times for herpes type 2, the test was a igg and in 1 of them the results were <0.91 wich supossed to be negative, but the problem is that i still have the sking infection, sometimes it just look to be gone, but when i have an erection i can see that the infection is still there, i have had been tested for clamydhya, gonorrea,hiv, siphillis and all of them came back negative. right now it has been a year that i start with the problem and im really desesparated cause the doctors cant find out what kind of problem i have.
so my question are
how reliable are the igg test, and how big is the posibility to get confused with the herpes type 1 that i know im positive cause i have had alwas the sores in my lips.

sould i been tested again?

how reliable is to get a skin test in the lab, and what kind of test would be better for that?

Your worrisome encounter was a year ago. Your blood tests for hsv2 are negative.

Your symptoms don't sound like herpes either. You've seen a provider who originally thought this was fungal in nature.

sores inside the mouth typically are canker sores.  You can have hsv1 orally and also have canker sores both.  

It's time to stop thinking herpes as a cause of your symptoms. continue to follow up with your provider or a dermatologist for further evaluation.
