do i have herpes?

hi i need help really badly im getting really worried. today i realized that there are a few small red dots on the tip of my penis head and i have no clue what they are. im 16 and never had sex but did have oral sex with my girlfriend but we havent had oral sex for a few weeks. i do sometimes masturbate but i wash it off with soap. at first when i saw it, it looked like a small rash but as i tried washing it to make it clean(just in case) it started to burn a little as i touch it. im really worried and i really hope i dont have an infection i have no idea what to do and im just too scared to go to the doctor. a little bit more about the red dots is that they kinda look like very small pimples. do i have herpes or some other infection? please help me out.
