doctor says i have herpes
i have red dots no bumps just red dots and my skin in my inguinal is white. the doctor says that i have herpes but i got no symptoms of it. the only thing that i feel is that im itching on my pelvic and red dots. the doctor said that is wierd that i dont have the symptoms of herpes. but my inguinal is turnig white and im itching and i have red dots can someone help me.
At this point all you know is that you know you have hsv1. you can not determine where at this point.

Unfortunately there is no cure as of yet. However there are antivirals to suppress it, and with a healthy immune system it is possible that outbreaks will be far and few between.
i got my new results and they arefor HSV 1 > 5.00 and for HSV 2 is 0.31 is HSV 1 curable because they told me i had that
i went to another doctor to get an std test including the herpes test. the second doctor told me that it didnt look like herpes but he is going to wait for the blood test. i will post the results from that doctor when i get them. THANK YOU grace
the result is 0.93 then it has item annotations wich are the numbers that doesnt let me post so that means that i dont have herpes. i just wonder why did the doctor told me that i have herpes. that really scare me
when i type the rest of the results they dont post up i dont know why but it says positive 1.09

well she didnt tell me that i was going to get a herpes blood test done. she only told that she was going to do a HIV test. 4 days later she had called me saying that i had herpes and she said if i was feeling any symptoms. i told her that the only symptoms i had was that i was itchy on my inguinal and red spots not blisters. I went to another doctor to get checked for herpes and he said that it didnt look like herpes but that he was still going to do a herpes test just to check it out. so i will post up the results. so you had a herpes blood test done then? can you call and ask what the results were to post here?

she said she was going to do a HIV test. so when she got test back she said that i had herpes but she did not do a visual diagnosis and she said that she was going to give me a call because we spoke over the phone.
this doesn't sound like herpes going on. see a different provider today or tomorrow for a 2nd opinion.
