does hsv2 leave scars

I would like to know if hsv would leave scars.  The outbreaks have the tendecy to leave scars that takes at least a month or so to fade away but they are still visible to me.

And also the obs are constantly comin on the third week of each month like around the 20th.  Would hsv2 be this consistant?
