does this sound like herpes?

About a week or so, maybe 10 days after an encounter, I had mild burning in my urethra after I peed for a few days that came and went, then I noticed a white discharge. Bright white and thick. I read online and thought maybe it's chlamydia and received 1 g azythromycin while awaiting results. I also took 2 days of levifloxin, and the 2 together gave me diarrhea and made me tired. All symptoms went away after the first day. Then 5 days later my testes ached like they did before I had discharge, so I went back and they treated me for gonorrhea with a shot of penicillin in the butt and 7 days doxy. No test for gonnorrhea. The next day my balls stopped hurting and I had no more symptoms for weeks. Every once in awhile my pee would tingle but nothing big. There was also a bit of redness about 1 cm down in my urethra which I thought could be from the painful cotton swab. I just got tested for chlamydia and gonorrhea to make sure I have no more issues and they came back negative. I also was tested for herpes which I never thought about until I got tested. I never had any sores or blisters on or around my penis. I just had 3 red spots a little smaller than the size of a dime appear on my lower thigh outside the boxer shorts region. They didn't hurt or itch or blisted. They just faded after 2 weeks and one had a tiny scab. I figured they were bug bites from working in the jungle and thought nothing. Now I'm paranoid it was herpes the whole time but if so, would the antibiotics have cured it so quick. I'm waiting for my results. Any info would be great thank u.
