does this sound like it could be herpes?

i developed some weird little red spots on my torso a few days after having sex with a girl i know.  she gave me oral then we used a condom for intercourse.  I started to develop the little red spots about 2 days later, at first i thought they we just bug bites because they would appear be itchy stick around for a while then go away, they would then reappear in different spots.  then i noticed that i started getting weird little bumps on my fingers and palms, when they start to go away they have a little brown dot in the middle. they then reappear again in different spots, i now have a bunch of little red spots on my chest back and inner thighs, they itch really bad and are somewhat painful.  i dont have a fever or anything like that, i'm not overly tired or worn down.  i'm bugged out about it, i'm getting tested for stds. i do have a little red spot on the head of my penis.  i've had this condition mildly for about a month and then it's been getting worse and hasn't at all gone away.  is it herpes or genital warts?
