first time sex, scab on the head of penis

hello, i was really drunk when i had sex for the first time and i dont have too much knowledge of sex and all.
after 4 days, i just found a scab under the head of the penis
during the first two days, i experienced a little bit of pain while urinating, but during the 4days, there were no problem with the penis, no irritation, no pain and nothing

so im just wondering if it can be a std and apparently herpes due to the scabs or if it was too much friction and bruised the head? (i read online that friction, and dry-sex can lead to scabs)

i really doubt that it is a std, but if anyone can clear up on the whole friction part, itd be appreciated

yeah friction can do it but so can herpes so go get looked at if you feel it's necessary.
