I am new to this forum and I did many research on hsv igg and igm testing in internet.
And also I read you , grace and  life360 posts.
Since I had the protected sex with unknown sex worker on August -2013 ( 10 months from now)
Then  my symptoms begin in December -2013  . My symptoms are burning on penis tip only at that time.
But in  march -2014  I had the red spot on my penis glands only along with burning sensation .
Then I did the std routing tests on 1-3-2014 (6 months after exposure) all are came as negative except hsv2 igm test .
HSV1  IGM(euroimmun): negative  
HSV2 IGM((euroimmun):positive ( index value is 1.2 )  
HSV1 IGG(euroimmun): negative ( less than 2 RU/ML)
HSV2 IGG(euroimmun): negative (less than 2 RU/ML)

To confirm this tests again I was diagnosed  by above tests  on 10-3-2014 .then  I got the same result .

My doctor said that I am recently infected  .then I went to dermetologiet clinic and he also told that I am recentely infected.
Then I  did not go to any doctors clinic .but last week I had small red pimples on my penis glands with burining sensation  .then it is disappeared with in 2 days .

I am living in south part of india ,here none of the labs have swab on lesion facility .
All the labs have only blood antibody euroimmun tests .

Now I am worrying really am I infected or not ?  in this situation what I have to do .
I am depressed and worrying about my mistake that I did in my life.

Please give me very accurate result considering me as your family member .

The result is negative, no question. The IgG is conclusive. You cannot be diagnosed with IgM.

Could you please answer for this soon.
since  I disclosed this infection to my girls friend whom  I plan to marry next month.
In this situation I informed this infection to her 2 weeks back.
But now she broken our relationship .
I am in very confused suitation and feel sad
Please help .I do not have much knowledge on herpes.
Here all dermetogiest are saying that I am definitely infected by hsv2.
I am  thinking you as my family member and brother .
Please tell me the accurate answer for this please

Can I have the confidence  on igg test done at 6 months time mark?
And if I test  igg now  surly I wont get serocoversion? Since I am worrying about hsv2 positive

Pus cells  : 2-3  /hpf

Bacteria   :absent  /hpf
Csst/crystals : nil

Fleet could you please tell that these results are related to chlamydia and gonorrhea?

Under your urine test, you should see shorthand DNA testing for chlam and gon. If these are negative, then you are negative.

I told you in previous post I did chlamydia and gonorrhea tests.
But I reviewed my test reports yesterday.
I did urine test  but i do not know whether this is for chlamydia and gonorrhea?

And I did hsv , hiv ,vdrl tests

Could you please tell me what is the test nams for chlamydia and gonorrhea?

No, you will not seroconvert beyond six months according to the blood testing.

Did you face that anybody tested negative igg and  positive igm at 6 months  time mark  then later they had tested positive igg ?

I m going through the same thing but I also do havesome tingling in urethera as well along with some pain in testicles while pressing I went to many urologist and dermatologist and they are saying u have nothing but I know its there my hsv igg 1+2 combined result was 3.78 which was negative and after 5 months post exposure the hsv 2igg value was0.3 which is also negative but the problem is still there not sure what it is

why i am worrying that when i had the red spot on my penis glands i searched the herpes lesion in internet  the lesion which i had same as herpes lesion updated in internet.

i  tested negative for below tests
chlamydia
gonorrhea
syphlis
HIV
HSV also (except hsv 2 igm)

do i take any tests that i missed since burining and red symtoms are comming and going  
2 months ones

No further testing is required for herpes. It is quite clearly not herpes, the testing is already conclusive. Another test will simply be negative.

yes .i do not have the sex since from  August -14 to till now ,which means i do not have any sex for 10 months .

when i had the red spot it stayed on my penis gland for 4 days then it disappeared  .but my burning sensation stayed for 3 weeks when ever i had symptoms .

i went to urologist clinic also he suggested me for urine test to see the bacterial infection then i did and result was negative .

i never experienced this kind of symptoms in my life .
please suggest me what i have to do next ?

I am going to assume you have not had any sex since the episode you describe? It doesn't change the conclusions very much but it might bring some extra considerations. Confirm you sexual history since August 2013.

You IgG is negative, hence it is very likely you do not have herpes.

It is most unlikely that a delay from August to December would occur as a result of herpes. Now other STDs like chlamydia and gonorrhea would for example be more likely to cause some of these symptoms. I note though that even these seem negative. As you have no herpes types, a new infection is likely to have occurred 2-10 days after infection.

Did you tell the doctor you haven't had sex since August 2013 such that is was impossible to have a recent infection in March 2014? If your doctor didn't ask you about sexual history then they were not providing a proper diagnosis. IgM testing does experience a high level of false positives. IgG testing though, particularly for HSV2 does not experience false negatives to any material extent.

Some pimples that come and go in 2 days are most likely not herpes. The whole blistering, welting, ulcerating and scabbing process is usually not less than 5 days.

To me this is quite conclusive, there is nothing to suggest that you have genital herpes. The symptoms in terms of nature and timing do not appear to be herpetic and the testing supports this very strongly.
