I would like to know the chances of me passing HSV2 to him if he gives me oral during a time that I do not experience prodrome symptoms, or having an outbreak. I've heard that is possible to transfer HSV1 to the genitals during oral, so is it safe
that risk in half. Throw in condoms too and on average he's 99% likely each year NOT to contract hsv2 from you. The risk of transmitting hsv2 to him orally is also pretty small - suppressive therapy lowers that risk even more. It could happen but it's not likely to happen.
I've been watching him carefully...it doesn't seem he has any symptoms...but lately he's been feverish..he itches...(probably cuz he just shaved)...things seem to be a little swollen...Maybe its just the flu. He refuses to get tested either way.
