hair follicles or std or what

not to long ago I had un protected sex and so on ive had sex with protection and this taking place about or 5 months ago  i notices some small raised skin looking bumps on my shaft so i go and get test they give me pills for claymidia and when i ask them to look at my penis she said it looks to be something with yur hair follicles or a ingrown hair possibly so another women came in as a second opinion and said the same thing so i went to my main doctor on a visit he did blood work test and the only result was diet related and  before the results where even in we set up an appointmen with a urologist theres never been pain or burning or any kind of discharge its just that the bumps are there is there anything you guys can tell me?

sounds like they were diagnosing you with folliculitis.  anything that lasts this long isn't herpes related that's for sure.

No, its not herpes - Grace already said that.

It could be warts, but it could also be folliculitis.  Depending on how extensive the folliculitis is, they might give you an antibiotic.
