ok there is spot on my penis it hasnt gone away since i got it and not there are tiny bumps and one bump thats white i dont know what to do and im really worried if i do have herpes then theres no point in me living anymore

Herpes is incredibly common - both orally and genitally. It's certainly not a reason to consider ending your life.  Get a grip!!!

You need to go and be seen and get checked out. Spots that don't go away after a week or two, aren't herpes related. Go find out what is really going on so that you can calm your anxiety about all of this.
