help reading my results

hello,
here is my story, 40 days ago i had unprotected sex with a girl,  a nice girl [not a prostitute] anyways about 3 weeks later i started feeling a slight tingling sensation in my urethra. i got really scared and asked her if she had any std's and she told me that shes 100% clean, she also told me that she has only been with one other guy and that they were virgins when it happened and they used protection that was over a year ago. i asked her if she knows about herpes or had any symptoms or anything like that in the past and her answer is NO NO NO im clean. i have this tingling feeling but it seems to go away when i dont think about it. ive done my research on herpes and for the most part it says that herpes appears 2 weeks after infected, i haven't seen any outbreaks what so ever. i got blood drawn to get a std test the here are the results:
HSV, IgM I/II Combination
results: 0.94
Negative 1.09
Equivocal 0.91 - 1.09
Positive >1.09
the results say that have been recently infected.
i spoke to 3 doctors online that looked at the test results and from the info they say that im not infected.
can you please tell me what wrong, maybe i have an infection other that a std?
if it were to be herpes wouldn't the tingling sensation be gone by now since its been so long?
