okay, 3am sat. morning i had sex with a girl i didnt know. unprotected... i know it was a huge mistake. sunday around noon i noticed a purple spot under my balls. it was a hard spot much like clogged follicle. is this just a coincidence. it is not burning when i urinate but i tried to pop the bump and it wouldnt pop but ive irritated it so much it hurts now and looks irritated and imflamed. now my balls are red. they arent really itching or anything. is there a reason for me to fear stds? im going to get a test tomorrow. im really freaking out. are balls bieng red a sign of herpes? my penis looks fine
you need to go and be seen and get this checked out. It could be any number of things but if it's herpes, it's not from the encounter you had saturday night. A newly acquired herpes infection won't show up that quickly.
