hernia surgery but is it more

i recently had hernia surgery.. before i went in my penis shaft was fine..when i came out i had swelling on my shaft by my head. as a few days went by it turned into a scab and is now healing. is this something that could be from a std...like i said everything before surgery was competely fine never had any problems..only came up right after surgery the spot was swollen and then turned into a scab.never was a blister or anything like that.could it be from the marker outline before the surgery which caused a reaction in my skin or just from the surgery...i know its nothing just nervous kid..

As Vance already told you, this isn't likely to be a std issue. You certainly did not contract a std during your surgery. follow up with your provider as vance already recommended.
