herpes 2 symptoms

im waiting for a herpes 2 test to come back. but need to know if these symptoms sound like genital herpes??? i have several (about 15-20) small bumps on both sides of inner thigh right where thigh meets scrotum they are at the bottom of each hair (the hair follicle)they dont hae any fluid, just look like swollen hair folicle. they DONT itch, havent burst, i do have a location on right butt cheek about 2 inches away from anus that seems to burn at times or at first i thought if felt like it was wet? it lasts for a few seconds or mbe up to 20-30 seconds then goes away and comes every once in a while (cant see any bumps or rasht there) arear that burns seems to feel like the size of a nickle or quarter???
