herpes all over

I found out last week I had genital herpes. Went in for very tiny bumps on my fingers. They never diagnosed me w. the whitlow herpes but I feel that's what I have/had. Now I am getting literally one bump on my arm and leg and ring finger. They are itchy. One has a white dot on top and feels hard, the other looks just like a bump, and the third is alittle red and looks like a very tiny blister but I can't tell. I don't know if this is herpes or if this is just me freaking myself out. I feel like every bump or itch on my body is herpes! I never touch down there except to shave which I then wash my hands afterwards.
I don't have medical to go to the actual drs, I went to my ob because that's all I'm covered w.
Will these bumps ever go away!?

Alittle more info about my hands...they started out as one single blister looking thing on my ring finger, put a bandaid on it and then that's when tiny random dots have started to appear on my hands and one on my toe and a few on my elbows. I have worn bandaids on every finger that has a dot for over 2 weeks now. The dots on my hands seem to be gone but I'm so scared it's not went away so they're still on. I now have what looks like a slice or papercut under one bandaid, I'm not sure if it's because I've kept them on for so long or if it's herpes. I have a 4mo old child that I do NOT want to infect. When I asked my ob she said it looked like nothing, maybe ezcema (eczema) but when she saw the genital herpes she said that it could be whitlow now. My bf went to the dr to get tested and his dr looked at my hand and said it doesn't look like anything really either. I get extremely dry skin during the winter and my hands will crack up and bleed badly. It's not too cold out yet but they are starting to dry out already. I'm scared to use lotion incase the bumps stay. Sorry so long!
