herpes and yeast infection? or something more serious?

hey im 17 years old.. on august of 2009 i got dignosed with genital herpes.. i thought it was the end of my world.. my life.. and the beginin of a new one.. i still cnt accept it. my question is that since august im already on my third outbreak... is this normal? they are veryyyy painful i think they get worse...da aclovoirr doesnt help and likeday i was peing on myself witout knowin or feeling it...i also think i hav a yeast infection during an outbreak..is that possible?? i got tested 4 hiv on august an it came out negative however i dnt know why i keep gettin so many outbreaks??? plixz anser me ='[

At this point you should return to your provider and get another exam done. get tested for yeast and bacterial infections too. If they didn't tell you if you have hsv1 or hsv2 genitally, ask for your test results to know which one you have. If they didn't type your lesion culture then ask for a type specific herpes igg blood test to be done to try to get better answers.

vaginitis, especially bacterial vaginal infection ( bv ), are a known herpes trigger as well as can mimic ob's too.  You need more basic testing done to find out what is going on.

How are you taking your acyclovir?
