herpes answers

I had a new partner back in may ,after 3 weeks of having sexual intercourse without protection,i started feeling a swollen tiny bump or lesions i don't know what to call it didn't look like anything anything like herpes down in my outer lips,it was itching and i had a lot discharge, and i also had a fever that week.so i went to the hospital because it was getting worst where it was uncomfortable to walk. The doctor told me i had genital herpes, i was prescribe several medicines to take 5 times a days for 5 days and i was also prescribe a cream to put on my lesions.he did say i had an unusual discharge. My outbreak clear out immediately. Its been about 4-5 months now,i haven't had any outbreaks,or itching whatsoever..I am with the same partner we have a monogamous relationship and we are having sex using condoms. The doctor never got a culture done or a blood test done.so i went to a free std clinics 3 weeks ago i got a blood test done,i was negative for chlamydia, syphilis, gonorrhea and HIV..a medical assistant check me out told me i had a lot discharge ,took a sample of it went to the lab; i had a yeast infection,is it possible that the doctor could have been wrong and i had a yeast infection all along ?i have to wait a 2 more weeks to find out if i'm negative or positive for herpes! I have notice little bubble in my urine,it doesn't  hurt when i urinated,it's not smelly,it just got little tiny bubbles ,i don't what they are,is that dangerous? could be anything related to herpes?
