herpes by licking tip of penis

Hey! Recently i happened to go to a massage parlour where the masseuse happened to lick the shaft of my penis, followed by licking the tip of my penis without ever taking my penis in her mouth. It is important to note over here is that while she was licking the tip of my penis, she was giving me a hand job as well until i came. i didn't have any breakage on the skin of my penis and have been taking a dose of co-amoxiclav to prevent any bacterial infection. is it possible that i could have gotten herpes by her during this ordeal? Also, how soon do the symptoms for herpes show? its been exactly 28 hours so far.

Hey, sorry to bother you but on the end of the third day I noticed a rash on my groin area. The rash in question is a mild pink rash which does not irritate me at all.
A little medical history to help you answer this question; I tend to get groin rashes a lot because it's really hot where I live and I tend to sweat a lot. On top of that, I happened to wear a used underwear the day of the rash as opposed to a fresh pair.
I'm just curious if my rash has anything to do with an STD? Please help me because I'm freaking out over here!
