herpes? help!

hi ive noticed about id say 5 months ago i had itchy bump in my pubic area and now its bleeding it been like this for 2 weeks its really red and itchy still help please ive also never had sex

Unlikely it's herpetic based on that description.  Have you been to a physician?  Have you been scratching it to cause it to bleed or does it bleed on it's own?

you've never had sex so it's not herpes going on.

sounds like either jock itch or something else going on that you've now scratched far too much. You need to go to your parents today and ask them to make you an appointment for today or early next week to deal with this. You know it's not std related since you aren't sexually active.

btw its just one red puffy like pimple thats bleeding and i cant tell for sure but it might be pussing

Stop scratching - it can only lead to a worse infection. Puss in fact is a sign of infection, and you know it's not herpes. As Grace said, speak to your parents about it as you'd need to be seen for treatment if infected.
