herpes hsv-1 transmission?

ok well-
my friend came over tonight and she gave me a hug, her cheek touched my cheek for like a second, she had no sores but i know its still possible to transfer the virus witout sores present, and i know she does suffer from the herpes simplex virus. im a HUGE germaphobe and im nervous i got it and i just wanted an opinion on how likely it is i got it from that, and if i should worry.

i know im negative for hsv-1 and 2 because i JUST got tested 2 weeks ago for the disease since my friend got it and told me anyone could of gotten it and never knew, viruses and germs scare me, and im hoping i didnt catch it from her that way.

anyways please let me know as soon as you can. i need some "bright" facts about this, googling it has so many false information on it.
hopefully theres no chance i got it!
