herpes on the pubic region

A few days ago i shaved my pubic hair and I usually always do. I might have used a razor that was too old and might of had a little bit of rust on it because i just threw it away today and i saw some rust on it. But anyways, there are these bumps above my pubic area. I've gotten ingrown hairs before and razor bumps but these seem different. they dont hurt and they are not red. they are just raised hard bumps. maybe about 10 of them. But i was just wondering could it be warts or herpes possibly in that area?

sounds  a lot like folliculitis but you'd need to see your provider to confirm that.
