herpes or ingrown hair

i had protected sex with a women about 6 months ago. and about 2 weeks ago i got what looked like an ingrown hair or pimple in my pubic hair region. i poped it and white puss came out 2 days later that same pimple got really infected and swelled up was very red. it did not itch never has itched from the start i finally waited like a week and popped the big red thing and blood and more white pus came out.

i am worried cause im wondering if this is herpes it is not on my penis it is on my pubic hair above the penis about 1 inch or so and i have never had any pain or difficulty urinatng and have never had any thing like this on my penis..

The best thing to do is to see your provider and have this looked at. It could even be a bacterial infection that needs treatment.

That sounds exactly what I had/have and I just got a call about chlamydia from my docter... Go get it checked out!
