herpes or now

yeah. i have this little rashes on the ring of my penis and i'm wondering if its herpes or just a false alarm. it doesnt ich, burn or any other herpes symptom but it has been there almost a year. plz answer this question. i'm really scared to go tested

Symptoms for a year would not be from herpes.See your medical provider for a proper evaluation.
