herpes or rash?

I have recently developed a small red rash with a few little bumps below my lip. Prior to the break out, my lips and chin itched or tingled for a week, and now that i've broken out, the rash, though tiny, itches like crazy. Also, I am sometimes experiencing itching and tingling around my lips and mouth even where no rash appears. Is this oral herpes, or is it dermatitis or eczema or something else? PLease help!

The best thing to do is to go be seen. We'd just be guessing what it is.

itching and tingling for a week before a rash and bumps sounds a little odd to be herpes. Also, the itching and and tingling in the other areas of your face seems a little odd to be herpes as well.. You need to go see a Doctor and charge the visit or something!!
