I feel you had a no risk event. Std's are not transmitted this way.
High risk hpv (really isn't) as  penile cancer in men from this is a rare event. Even for women who get paps regularly this is usually not an issue. I really wouldn't worry about hsv or hpv from your exposure. Really the only enemy you have is stress

thank you for replying.  i really appreciate it.  please allow me to ask a few more questions. May I know is the "small risk" from handjob is due to the fact that some people masturbate  the genital of others then immediately touch theirs? So, if the person never touch himself before masturbating me,  or just touch himself very briefly before touching mine,  is the "small risk" even exist? Another question is that when PERSISTENT high risk hpv occur,  does it means that i will definitely get penile canver in the future? or even this scenario happen penile cancer is still very low risk? sorry for the long post and thanks again

It's a very small risk. I wouldn't worry over hpv and penile cancer. That is a rare scenario. You came out of this the same way you went in.

Again, thanks so much for your kind reply. How about High-risk HPV? Is it possible that I am infected with it through a handjob. I am so scared because it may cause penile cancer in the future and several websites and doctors agree that hand-genital contact DO possibly transmit HPV, although it is small risk. Can I have some clarification about this? Thank you so much. The anxieties is killing me

I have personally spoken to Dr Handsfield about this very subject. His stance is zero risk. Hsv is delicate and does not do well being transfered this way at all. Dr Hook and Terri Warren both feel the same way. I trust those experts and stand behind the advice above. You are fine.

Thank you so much for your reply. I actually have read through multiple post about it and I know most probably this is the answer I will get. But what written in this website raise my concern. http://www.emedicinehealth.com/genital_herpes/page2_em.htm#genital_herpes_causes

It is written that "sexual intercourse and oral sex are the most common methods of spreading genital herpes. Any type of skin-to-skin contact, however, is capable of spreading herpes. "

I believe emedicine health website is a reputable website as well. That is why I am so stressed out by this. I hope I can get any clarification about this.

Thank you so much. Please help.

That's about as safe an exposure as you can have. Whitlow is so rare and if your partner had a whitlow outbreak I highly doubt they would want to use that hand. Whitlow is extremely painful. You had a no risk encounter. You can move forward without concern
