herpes shedding go through light clothing in lap dance?

I was at a strip club and received a 10-15 min private dance.  I was wearing boxers and puma pants the whole time.  Dancer was nude, my only concern is both my boxers and pants have really tiny pores in it.  Ive read herpes can go through sheep skin condoms during intercourse, so if the dancer lets say was shedding could it go through my boxers and pants.  At 60 days I took herpes select came back negative for both types.   Any advice will be helpful
