herpes time length

I am having my primary herpes outbreak now for 1 month. The lesions nvr swell and never became painful. During the initial stages when the lesions 1st appeared, I was on acyclovir for 3 days 800mg 3 times a day. Since then, the lesions never changed into blisters. Is this normal?

A visual diagnosis of herpes is wrong about 1/3 of the time even by the best practioners. if you still have symptoms, you need to follow up on them.

you and your partner should also have herpes blood testing done too.

My doctor said those were scars left behind by the herpes.. It nvr hurt but i do remember a time where there were some sort of fluid which i could see visibly when I scrap the lesions gently using my finger nails. Dr. didnt advise me to do a testing and seems very very sure that it was Herpes.. I didnt have any flu-like symptoms either..

Could this be very mild herpes? it nvr did hurt even a little.

I havent had mine for one month but I just got tested the other day because I had the look of herpes on me but I had no pain at all and no symptoms as far as flu like symptoms or anything... So im not sure if I have it but its kinda odd to me that it looks like it with no pain.. Have you been tested possitive for it already?
