herpes?

I had sex with a women 5 days ago and found out that she has herpes type 1 right after we had sex. I used a condom but recieved oral sex without it. She had no open sores on her lips, mouth or on her vagina but the following day i began to feel an itchiness and burning sensation on my penis and in the genital area. The odd thing is that I feel itchy all over my body at times. In some ways after finding out she had herpes I have been thinking about my genital area a lot and feel like I may be causing this psychologically. It would also burn when I pee at times but this also happens when I have been consuming too much sodium. I have no rash, lesions or sores and I feel 100% healthy. Two days after we had sex the girl said she formed one blister in her vagina, but she said this happens to her sometimes after she has had sex or when she gets her period. Do you believe that I may have Herpes or is it still too early to tell. I know it takes up to a month for symptoms to show and even longer. Thanks for your help.

hsv1 genitally hardly ever sheds at all.  it's not likely you contracted her hsv1 from this encounter.  odds are the recurrence she had was a result of the sex and she wasn't shedding during the sex act but no guarantee's of course.

I have been tested at least 4 times in my life for herpes. Most recently 5 months ago and I am completely clean. The women i had sex with had hsv1 but in the genital area only. She has never had a cold soar. What is scary is the fact that she had a blister 2 days later.I wonder is she is shedding. Thank God thus far I have seen no pimples, lesions and or blisters and no cold sores.

statistically, 1 out of every 2-3 people you've ever kissed or received oral sex from in a lifetime has hsv1. it's very common.

have you ever been tested to know your own status?

itching all over your body is not from oral sex/herpes.
