herpes???????

I noticed a few pimple looking things on my chest. i squeezed one and puss came out like from a whitehead. three other ones were close by but they were scabbed over. I then noticed i had a reddish bump on my upper groin. i had a week shaved before so i dont know if its in ingrown hair.  its not painful but im freaking out. i read that website grace had recommended but that didnt help me out in diagnosing. Is herpes painful? do they look like zits or ingrown hairs? please help im losing my mind. would herpes be on your chest arms etc?

There's a type of herpes that wrestlers get on their skin but this doesn't apply  to you. I thought you had a sexual encounter of some kind for your exposure. The herpesviruses are not bloodborne.
