ok ok,your last comment really support me,thx
i never got cold sore in my entire life,
when i did test of hsv 1 (2 month ago),first result was 2.41 IGG,then Terri Warren said it was probably "false positive",the I did the test again and show 5.41 IGG,means it is truly positive
so,i catch from kissing...
btw after 15 weeks,i never experience cold sore but i experience tingling sometime but never experience outbreak at all
since that time,I consume lysine daily and i really love working out but i avoid pre training supplement because there is arginine inside
because i heard that arginine can trigger outbreak..
Ahh OK sorry I thought I read your original post as negative for both HSV1 and HSV2.
Most HSV1 infections are oral and from your youth. This would be more likely the case than from a previous partner?
Do you ever get cold sores in either location?
my blood result shows me that i am positive hsv 1
No you do not have HSV2.
What makes you think you have HSV1 and where abouts?
actually i got HSV 1 from my last oral sex,i don't mind to get hsv 1,that's why I am a bit worried if i will get HSV 2... i just want to get definitive answer about my result status of HSV 2
so,I am free from HSV 2,right??
thanks
No, you are negative?
What's happening for you to question this result?
Do i need get tested after 15 weeks??
Not quite sure where you are, I've only seen test results like that a few times on here.
If your decimal points are all in the right place, then you are conclusively negative given 15 weeks beyond the exposure of concern.
Don't believe too much in the arginine/lysine relationship to cold sores. There may be a weak link of arginine to outbreaks in a few people, but no impact of lysine at all on anyone.
Don't give up anything unless you're sure of the link in yourself, everyone is different.
