hsv test results interpretation please

i had a full std test done after 3 weeks of possible exposure. everything came back negative except for hsv igm i/ii combo.

my hsv 1 igg was negative at .20
my hsv 2 igg was negative at .40
my hsv igm I/II combo was positive at 1.68

what should i be thinking in my situation, no out breaks or symptoms that i know of.
should i disregard the igm combo?
what are some things to look for when first exposed to hsv 2?signs or symptoms at the onset of getting the disease?

the herpes igm test is a greatly flawed test and you can't ascertain anything concrete from a + igm result.

Your igg testing was done far too early. wait and repeat that in 3 months post encounter for more accurate results.
