is it herpes?

my bf and i were not well shaven, pretty prickly, had sex and then the next day i shaved he didnt.we had sex.. Now i have red pimple like spots on the lips of my vagina. :( could this be from a shaving irritation? A std? Genital acne? theres no urination pain, small amounts of itching.. He was a virgin when we started having sex and i hadnt had a partner other than him for two years, all others were with condoms.

the best thing to do is to be seen to find out if this is a skin follicle infection ( folliculitis ) or something else going on . do not shave again until the skin is back to normal either.
