is this an allergic reaction or herpes?

about a week ago, i got very irritated with my pubic hair so i used nair on it. but i only did the part closest to my stomache. then a bit after that i started itching my vagina because it itched but at that time i just thought it was because i wasnt used to not having much pubic hair anymore. a few days later i used a razor to shave the stubs that were left. a while after i shaved, i started getting these red bumps and sort of scabs but i think the scabs are either from me itching or an allergic reaction to the nair. now that i look at my vagina, the scabs are red but not blisters like i hear about herpes but i'm still not sure. i've only had sex once and it was unprotected but he claims he was a virgin. so i'm asking, is this an allergic reaction or is it herpes or worst?

You need to go see your provider and find out what is going on. It could be any number off things and I"d assume nothing at home on my own if I was you.
