had unprotected oral sex 8 weeks ago have dull ache in groin and sweat alot when in sun, after wifw had fever blister then she got diarea (diarrhea) is this herpes been tested 2 times for all stds hsv1 positive first test negative second test.

I would go get tested again. I was positive hsv 1 and 2 then got retested and came up negative the 2nd time and I knew it was wrong so I got tested again and came back both positive.

A dull ache in the groin and sweating a lot isn't a sign of herpes.

your wife has hsv1 orally if she gets fever blisters. odds are you also have hsv1 orally since you tested + for it on one of your blood tests. it's harder to get accurate blood test results for hsv1 than hsv2 so odds are if you tested + once, you really do also have hsv1 yourself even if you can't recall ever having had an obvious cold sore/fever blister yourself.

google coxsackie virus - hand, foot and mouth disease.  if she isn't better in a week or gets worse, there are other diseases her pediatrician will need to work her up for.

most adults do have hsv1 orally. it's very common!

no, no std you could possibly contract would be spread to your wife and grand children and cause the symptoms that they are having.

no you won't get hiv from oral sex.

you can get hpv from oral but the odds of that are incredibly low.

i have had major mouth cancer surgery. i had a flap put back on to my tougne from my wrist, the red spot is on the flap part . saw my head and neck doctor said it was not cancer but did not know what it was. gave me dukes magic mouth wash it has not helped. rinsing with salt water. have no bottom teeth due to operation so oral hygene not what it was before surgery. do you think it could be just a infection or could it be std related in any way

Grace already told you to see your medical provider if concerned. We surely can't replace an exam. This does not at all sound STD related!

you have std's on the brain at this point dear. follow up with your providers. unless you get a + test result you need help with, not really much more we can help  you with. your anxiety is the issue here, not the likelihood that you have a std and have spread it to your family.

one last question grace.most of my symptoms are going away. can i get anal warts from receiving oral sex. have hemmoroids (hemorrhoids) a long time but these are red in color outside? have made appointment with doctor but would really like to hear from you first. thanks

you aren't likely to contract warts from oral sex.

no reason to think your hemorrhoids are anything other than that.
