I had sex with my new girlfriend, but unfortunately the condom came off because s she has spasms and we had very rough sex. Didnt see when the condom came off. I started felling funny, on my penis then some tingling feeling after a day.  In 3 days l was experiencing pain in the urethra but not painful wen urinating. I had this pain b4 after sex but usually short lived and mild. No blisters. l went to the doctor he gave me antibiotics then the told me she was diagnosed with g herpes 2 years ago. So l decided l take acyclovir which didnt make any difference to the urethral discomfort. This pain is still there after 5 weeks but mild and times on or off. I have had some on and off mild pain/discomfort on the groin, neck and armpits. She had tested 4 all sti except herpes a month before and also two weeks after our encounter and tested negative. Im very worried

The pain at the tip of my penis is still there but very faint. Its now 6 weeks after the encounter. There is some tingling at the tip and some sharp pain that does not last 3-5 seconds at times. I have been masterbating regularly 2 or more times. Do know whether its causing it. I have had a large alcer  above the shaft abdominal area  not painfull but itchy at times. I did squeeze en pus came out. Now it itchy again after about 1&1/2  weeks. Very confused now

What most likely is happening is that you had an initial injury right in that area when the condom broke and your constant checking has kept the irritation in place. You can have the doc swab test the area for any sign of infection.

The pain is close the front part of the urethra. Its on and off and feels better urinating and my start later especially when not doing nothing i can feel it but it is now very faint. The scrotum is sometimes itchy especially wen sweaty. My eyes are slightly painful l dont know whether it related or not. No discharge from the penis

Hi, no std shows symptoms the next day as it would be more related to an injury from the act itself. Most often with urethra irritations from std,s you would have  white puss discharge showing up about 5 days after. Is the pain after you urinate or constant and exactly what area is the pain coming from?
