is this is herpese

dear grace i m ur regular reader i m facing this problem since from last 9 months after a protected encounter in may i fall ill in june having penile irritation after several tests doctors find its typhoid since then problem continue i went toa vd specialist for my penile irritation he tells me its a fungal infection gives me medition it subsides in a week then i feel irritation on penis with a red spot i go to vd specialist on august 28 he runs a vdrl test on me and it is non reactive then he called it a fungal infection and gives me medicine since then the spot subsides but irritation is there on penis .on 2nd november i got itching on penis in night and in morning i saw three sore like spots on my penis i went to the doctor he tells its look like herpese and runs hsv serology test both igg and igm both came negative ( sores heals completely in three days and they dont hurt or pain. .now in january i got some red spots on my penis they do not hurt or pain i went to another docter he tells me its herpese but strongly think that it is not herpese. i m confused what is this pls help me to understanding my problem.thx
since 13th june to 4th of nov i m tested 4 times negative for hiv, 2times tested negative for herpese both igg and igm  
,in august tested negative for vdrl, 4 times for sugar all under level , 3 times urine test all ok 2 times CBC  all in limits.
is my hiv , herpese and vdrl test are conclusive or i m infected with herpese.pls tell.

really no good reason to think this is herpes.

continue to follow up with a dermatologist.

thx grace for your reply  my doc has given me acyclovir 400mg 3times a day from last15days but truely the condition is same as previous.
grace i want to know frm your point of view are my hiv & herpese test are conclusive or i need some test also.

odds are this isn't herpes going on since it doesn't hurt you tested negative for it.

continue to be seen every time you have symptoms.
