itchy penis, muscle aches but no sores can it be herpes

um last march (2012) i recieved oral sex from a prostitute. before we engaged she asked cor a condom but i was stupid to stop. it started as a hand job and became alittle oral as it progressess. days later i felt an itch and pain around the penis and when i took a look there were sores around the shaft. i went to the clinic they took a swab on the sore and a blood test and the result was that it wasnt herpes it was a bacterial infection due to my poor personal hygene( i am not circumcised) so they gave me meds and the itch and sores went away months later i developed a sore inside my mouth, i thought it was a canker sore because it wasnt a cluster like a cold sore but when a sore healed another would come inside but in a different area inside the mouth. the sore healed for a few days but in total i had around two or three but not clustered and in different areas in the mouth. At the fall (2012)i notice that my balls( scrotum) began to itch and it would come and go but i didnt see any thing when i looked no sores or ulcers so i ignored it. By the start january of 2013 i began to have an itch around the tip of the penis and some tingling and it was red all over, it continued for almost two weeks but there wasnt any sores,blisters,ulcers or anything it was only itch and tingling i went to the doctor and they took a look and they say that it isnt herpes because sore or lesion should of appeared they assume that it could be a fungal infection or balanitis (i wasnt cleaning my penis often), so they gave me an anti-fungal cream and while i was using it it will stop but it would come back but by the end of january i have been having muscle aches all over my body and it lasted a week.
So can it be herpes or a fungal infection? And about the muscle aches and small headaches can it be connected with my penis itch or can it be due to stress and anxiety because ive been scared sence the itch came back  
Please Help me im scared!!!

unfortunately providers assume that herpes igm testing is the same as other igm testing is and they never update their testing education to know that it isn't :(  

we only recommend it for infants at this point.

Thank you grace I feel that a weight has been lifted I have question: the igm blood test is a flawed test  so why clinics keep giving these test despite its flaw and also is the igm is only flawed if it is only taken for adults or it doesn't matter if your young or old the test will still flawed?

your provider is mistaken about herpes igm testing. it's greatly flawed testing with both a high false positive rate as well as a high false negative rate and currently it's not recommended to be drawn on adults for the purpose of diagnosing herpes.  

no reason to doubt your herpes igg blood test results.

um i just recieved my second lab result that i took at another clinic and the test were done at labcorp here are my result:
IGG HSV1:  <0.91Index
IGG HSV2:  <0.91Index
IGM HSV1/II: 1.09 ratio (Equavocal)
i dont know if my doctor order the type specific igg test but he said that the igm is the most accurable than igg.  he said that i should retest but its been over a year since my risky oral sex with the prostitute. but i research on the igg and the igm and found out that the igg is the most accurable and the igm has some flaws and unreliable. so should i retest or should i assume that my doctor made an error and i am hsv1/2 negative

you had non-type specific testing done. make sure in the future you get type specific testing done.

don't think the result you are posting is coming through properly. sometimes it works best to type out less than and greater than than the symbols. you should've had 1 numeric result - was it .9 or 1.1?

I took a hsv 1/2 blood test and the result is equivocal ( >=0.9-<1.1)  but it also say negative in the result reference range, here is what it said:

yes they say it was hemorrhoids but im currently experiencing sharp pelvic pains and it would happen a sudden but would come back right now im not experiencing any symptoms like fever of itch but some muscle pains in my thighs legs and shoulder but they last a few seconds but they would come back sooner or later um i dont know but ive had a pimple near close my ear and when i try to pop it it would come out clear fluid can it be suspecious please im sorta freaking out

a plain soap like dove works well for the delicate genital skin. Usually most folks also tolerate dial soap ( the unscented or regular scent ).  

pain that only lasts for a few seconds isn't worrisome at all.  

itching that is random and short usually isn't anything going on either. sometimes just not wiping well enough can cause it as can just sweat.  did you have your doctor look to see if you have any hemorrhoids?

um yeah im about to go to a clinic for a blood test by the way what is the difference between igg blood test and other type of blood test that ive heard?
um also after posting the last forum  ive been experiencing some sharp pain around my lower abdominal  and stomach and some sharp pain in the thigh and legs that only lasted for afew seconds  and some joint pains is it connected or is due to stress?
And what type of soap i should use for my penis?
by the way i forgot to tell you that also experience itches around the anus i havent checked if it was a sore or blisters becuases ive had history of  hemroiods and thought it was it the itch would last a few seconds and would come and go is something suspicous? sorry for asking too many questions im sorta not stable right now

nothing you've mentioned sounds herpes related.

your oral symptoms all sound like canker sores which are not herpes related.

your current genital symptoms indeed sound like a fungal infection as you were diagnosed with. Be sure to clean your penis daily with a plain soap and water and be sure to retract your foreskin and clean under it too.  

since you are concerned for herpes, have you ever sought out a type specific herpes igg blood test at all to know your status?
