looking for a possible answer

I recently developed some sort of ulcer(s) on the tip of my penis and at the bottom of my (for lack of a better term) ball sack. the sores are small and there is only a total of 4 ulcers type sores, furthermore, the skin on the tip of my penis is extreamly dry and itchy, but the ulcers are not liquid filled or painfull in anyway. at first i kind of freaked ou because i thought i may be herpes. however, i have not been sexually active in over 7 months now and these symtoms (symptoms) just appeared about a little less than a month ago. the person i was with previously went and got tested and came up negative for anything. anyways i just wanted to get some input and some ideas as to what this may be.

PS - i recently just got over a case of athletes foot, is there any possible way the fungi from the athletes foot could be transfered to other parts of the body?

I would not rely on the results of the other person being negative. YOU are the one with the stuff you can physically see. Don't wait around, get tested.
