I would like to know if any of the following have any effects on outbreaks, HSV2,since i been reading so many things on so many websites.

5.certain soaps or bodywashes

sunlight can trigger oral ob's. We don't have info as to if it triggers genital ob's consistantly if you are a nude sunbather.
everything else you mentioned really doesn't consistently trigger herpes recurrences. Most folks do not have food triggers and there isn't such a thing as the "herpes diet". stress also hasn't been found to be a trigger for most folks.
It's up to you how you want to treat your herpes. You never, ever , ever have to treat it if you don't want to. Do you have a regular partner?

Grace, I know you said stress is not a trigger for most people, but I would like to say that I am one of those that it is. I only have visible outbreaks when I am stressed.
