need help interpreting HSV I & II IgG results

I need someone's help determining the results and understanding what this all means.

someone please help me understnd....and why on the hsv II does it only show 2.32 H and does not have a  like type I has.

You are + for hsv1 and also + for hsv2.

Have you ever had any genital symptoms that were cultured + for hsv2 or hsv or ever had a visual diagnosis of herpes? If not then you need to confirm your hsv2 result with further testing since it's a lower positive.

I have never had any symptoms nor a diagnosis and outbreak of HSV2.
So this is quite puzzling for me.
