need information

Hi recently i had unprotected sex and recently have come up with little red marks on the outside of my vagina where my hair is, it is itchy not sore. I did recently shave as well i was just wondering if it sounds like ingrown hairs or if it is herpes i have also had a sore throat. If someone could let me know if i should be concerned.

You have symptoms that you don't typically have and that are concerning you so yes I think you should go be seen and get all of this looked at.  It could be many, many things.
