nervous wreck help?

Ok so here is my dilema/issue.
6 weeks ago I was vaginally fisted. I have an IUD. I had extreme back pain after and started bleeding the next day. After a week that supsided. NO issue. Then the following Tuesday I did some hard manual labor that caused my back to start hurting. It literally felt like I was having a child. I had pain shooting down my left leg and going up my right side of my back. On Wednesday I felt like I had the flu and had what appeared to be a razor burn on my leg, ignored it and shaved ALL. Friday I broke down and went to the hospital they said that my IUD had been pushed up. They had done a transvaginal ultrasound and when they were poking around I had MAJOR pain on my left side (vaginally). Saturday I woke up to find blisters on the left side around my vaginal opening and on the right side of my clitoris. NO itching, no pain. Nothing. Monday I woke up with my left armpit swollen and left lymphnode in my neck. OB said IUD was fine. By the following Wednesday I started to have itchy instantly appearing red bumps all over my body, and back pain had eased. I have also had 3 abscess over the last 2 months one that was drained from my left breast monday. Monday the doc sent me home with an antibiotic, valtrex, scabies cream, and a facial cream. I am a diabetic high bg. I am TRIPPING. I dont know whats going on but I havent done anything unprotected but what was mentioned at the first part. Waiting now for blood work.

more likely this is a non-herpes related issue.

And I was tested when I was pregnant two years ago. Had only been with one man (ex husband) until a few months ago. Other guy is clean.

They tested me for herpes Monday and cultured my breast abscess for mrsa. I am wondering if I have "awakened" unknown herpes with the trauma or if I have developed a staph infection from the IUD. Either way the rash is still present and slowly more bumps are popping up on my body. Also curious if it could be syhilis (sp)

fisting isn't a herpes risk.

have you ever been tested for herpes before?   what testing did they do this time?
