never ending penis pain

I had unprotected vaginal and anal sex while extremely intoxicated about 10 weeks ago. Days later I began having light burning when I pee, irritated burning testicles, the feeling of when i urinated that something was stuck in there and needed to come out (which caused me to attempt to urinate more frequently, very irritated tip of penis, and slightly itching anus. This proceeded and I went to the Doc. He assumed chlymida/Gon and gave me doxycycline and the gono shot. A week later the symptoms still persisted and all my results came back negative on the tests. I was then given an ultrasound on the testicles and everything came back fine and the doc just gave me some oversized aspirin to take for a week thinking it was inflammation. Weeks later still didn't go away. He then sent me to a Urologist which said I had a classic case of prostititis and that it would just take time to heal. I then went for a 2nd opinion from another urologist bc my pain and discomfort was so bad and he didnt think it was prostititis so he gave me multiple anti bacterial meds that did not help. He then used a cystoscope to look inside as well as did a cat scan and he said everything looked fine that he was very confident that it was just a case of urethritis.....The main symptoms that persisted were the discomfort on the tip of the penis (especially when I walked and it rubbed against my underwear), discomfort and aching urethra, and irritated testicles. A lot of those symptoms have subsided now I am just having tenderness/itching in the testicles and the feeling of irritation on my inner thighs and pubic area even though there is no discoloration that would show irritation. I didn't remember feeling this when I had the other symptoms but it might have been bc the pain was stronger in the other symptoms. Does this diagnosis sound correct? I have never had any visible sores or lesions only visible symptom is that the tip of my penis looks irritated but the urologist said it looked normal to him. Ive been miserable for so long and I am hoping he is right.I wouldn't wish this on anyone. I have been debating going to the family doc and having blood test ran on all possible virus/infections but I have been to the doctor so many times over the past weeks that my insurance company is going to start billing me heavily I have a feeling. I just want this all to be over. Any input would be great.

I've been contemplating going to my family dr and having them run an extensive blood test and std screen. Bc all they tested for was chlymidia/gohnorea when they did the std screen about 7 weeks ago. I just don't know what it could be if it can just linger like this for 2 1/2 months.

Everything feels so strange and uncomfortable down there. As much as id like to, its hard to believe its all in my head.

This is in your mind. You do not have herpes or any other STD. You are for some reason focusing so much on this that you are creating these pains in your head. I know it's hard to believe but you are not the first person to go through this. You are fine

No reason to think this is herpes going on. No lesions, no positive blood test. Follow up with your doctor to find out what's going on.
