no bumps or sores etc but itchy feeling allover

hi, please help, im currently hating myself and so so ashamed of what ive done.  Im married man and recently on a lads weekend had a one night stand with a middle aged woman.  it was unprotected sex for 2 minutes, and i am suicidal.  I had oral sex from her for 5 mins which really hurt tip of my circumcised penis via her teeth.  After she left I cleaned myself and noticed two abrasion marks which have now healed up.  only concern is two days later had a feeling of slight itchyness all over my legs, arms, sometimes groin etc.  it isnt to the point where i really need to scratch it but im aware of it.  it instantly goes and then get slight itch tickle else where, ie feet, elbow, hands etc.  I am jyst concerned i have caught something terrible.  she was a phlebotomist as profession and married with 3 children.  i hate myself!! im reading so much now my mind is in overload.  no other symtoms (symptoms) bar hot flush.  Itching is also worse when wearing clothing, no eash, marks, spots etc, just tickley itch all over.  (hotel wasnt nicest), please help me.

also its been over 7 days now.  I do have dry skin on tip but think that was friction based due to the teeth being a painful part of oral sex.  I  read others posts asking sore legs back pain etc?? im lost with all symptoms!! generally what would you be feeling if you had it?? ive already taken a course of clamelle chlamydia treatment just to be on safe side.  But still nervous as to itching which has improved over the past couple of days.  someone please reply

many thanks for reply, i hope you are correct.  I will but its difficult for me to get to doctors or gum clinic etc without anyone knowing.  i literally just have this itch and thinking about it the more i read about itching the more i itched, i think i am super stressed and hate myself for this.  i would surely expect to see sores if it were herpes yes?? or generally be feeling unwell?? if anything i feel healthy at mo.  i just cant shake this itching, its not there at night or when i wake up, but give it a bit and its there, plus the hot flushing every now and again?? thanks please anyone else shed some light??

First off if you are suicidial please get some help.  You can contact your local suicide hotline and talk to them before you go off doing anything.  This is serious.

Unprotected sex with a one time encounter is a low risk.  The risk from oral sex is low.  If she had no signs of a coldsore present you can relax.  By low we aren't saying there is no risk just that it is low.  You would have seen symptoms between 2-20 days.  But you are describe is more stress/anxiety then anything.  You are overfeeling your body and the "itchy" feeling could be your reaction to clothes touching you.  You are over reacting to the situation because you regret the encounter.  What you are feeling could be normal itches that you wouldn't pay attention to other wise.

You need to relax and if you get any other symptoms be seen within 24-48hrs for a swab culture.  But your symptoms are more your stress and anxiety then anything.  The itchy feeling is typically due to the sores.

mistakeman i do so much appreciate your comments and will try to relax,  ive let myself get so carried away reading all results.  If i wait 20 days (now 8) then if no sores appear i will be a lot happier.  i just hate myself for what i have risked.  as i said, there are no sores etc, the body itch has no rash or bumps, literally just an itch and not a bad one at that.  i need to really relax, also now thinking the hot flushes could be a side effect of the clamelle i took possibly.  thankyou for your kind words

The thing about waiting is its not easy.  I can relate to it.  If you look at my first oh 50 posts here I was just as bad.  So I walked in your shoes myself (read my journal for my own story).  I think you have something else going on.  Be seen by your provider for a work up.

Something non std related.  More like contact dermatitis an allergic reaction to something.  Anything.  It doesn't sound like herpes or any other STD.  Herpes wouldn't be at all the spots you have.  

You need to relax.  Not everything that goes on is herpes.  

You made a mistake.  It happens we do that from time to time.  You really are more stressed over this.  Maybe you need to talk to your partner at this point.

really not much we can help you with at this point. you can get tested for chlamydia and gonorrhea anytime after 1 week post encounter. syphilis testing after 6 weeks. herpes and hiv testing after 3 months.

if you are still having symptoms, be seen by your provider for a proper exam.

many tganks grace, i have takenchlamydia treatment alteady just in case ihad caught it so not issue for that.  The only issue i had was two sores which appeared the same night as i had suggested earlier after having sex i noticed them,  they have healed but are still slighty darker in colour to the tip of my penis as of yet.  I just want to know, general groin itchyness, ie pubic hair region, legs, thighs etc, am i right in thinking heroes only itches exactly where a sore etc is about to appear??? or would itbe just general itching???finally is it a symptom of hiv if you are sauing to test in 3 months for it?? many thanks for respinses

I suggested full std testing to cover your bases properly, not because your risk was overly high for anything. I just feel when there is another partner involved, it's your duty to cover your bases fully with testing.  

I'd still test for chlamydia just to err on the side of caution too.

should you get a return of symptoms, be seen promptly for exam.

thankyou again for helping, right update is the itching body has stopped, iylts now only more of an itch in groin upper thigh region more so pubic hair?? ots not there at night or whilst notmoving, but walking about with clothes on its more noticable.  Also forgot to mention but for 2 months now ive been suffering with haemmorhoids which has left me with really sore anus, very moist back there, red inflamed and itching, white flaky skin had this before encounter, but noticed today a spot about an inch from anus.  Is this herpes? its red and not painful, but when touchd a bit of a sting there, what would the chances of herpes back there beif ive never had any anal play as im hetero sexual???

do you use hemorrhoid suppositories? they really do work. you also have to treat whatever is contributing to your hemorrhoids - if it's constipation, take mirlax everyday to keep yourself regular, if it's sitting too much, look for special pillows to sit on and make the effort to get up and walk around regularly to take pressure off your bum.

you can have herpes in the anal area even without ever having had anal sex but it sounds more like this is just one more part of the stuff going on in your anal area in general. if you think it's something more, be seen today or tomorrow for an exam and  testing of the area.

thankyou for the response, i do think the anal thing is more to do with wharlts going on back there, however the itching thighs and groin etc??? fungal from anus issues?? itching is nigh on gone but its around groin area etc.  let me know, many thanks

you very well could have an fungal infection going on with everything else. they are very common in males.
