odds of catching herpes hsv2

i had unprotected oral sex and vaginal (vaginal for like a minute or two) stupid and i regret it dearly and im extremely angry at myself that i let alcohol get the better of me, she had no visible symptoms and she has had 4 sexual partners which all were protected other then me and she says she doesnt have any stds but i heard that herpes is sometimes not noticed so i was wondering what the likeliness of me catching something from her is.

yeah i will but it hasent been 3 months since the encounter so it seems pointless at the moment but i will do it, like i dont think i have anything at all i havent had any blisters on my penis or anything like that so it seems unlikely i would have it, the only question i really have is the "jock itch" i had if it were herpes would the rash stay but then not itch? ive read so many things about them being similar and none that really distinguish them and would herpes give random pain in the same spot for almost two months on and off occasionaly? the girl that it was seems really sincere and she had all protected sex encounters so it seems even less likely and says she never had any symptoms that would relate to it

thanks for all the help, and sorry if im being annoying but i sometimes randomly get this stinging pain in that same spot like on the gland of my penis, but i dont get it all the time just sometimes randomly

a purple area that sometimes disappears after you shower is not a std and is not herpes.

yeh well she is my age (16) and i doubt she would, the only other thing that has bothered me is this small discoloration on the left of my penis head its purple sometimes but disapears after i shower but sometimes is there im pretty sure i never use to have it and sometimes when i tense my pelvic area i get a pain near the underside of my penis head im not sure what this is, the main reason im worried is because all these herpes symptoms are like "herpes sometimes doesnt show symptoms so if it doesnt within a certain period of time you wouldent have it, but you could also have symptoms and not even notice it." haha it makes it very difficult for me to be able to relax i think its more anxiety thats getting to me i just wanna be able to forget this the girl seems to be fine shes sure she has nothing for some reason i cant get on with it

it's low risk in general even if she does have hsv2.

grace if i could ask another question if the girl it happend with had 4 partners 2 virgins me and one other older male protected 24 i believe  what are the statistical chances of me have contracting herpes or her contracting i dont believe i have anything but i am curious

I was thinking jock itch myself as I read your post.

I wouldn't worry that this is herpes. follow up with testing for peace of mind :)

well the reason im really worrying is that about  6 days after i got to lil red dots on one thigh after my sports carnival that day they itched a little bit i dident really take much notice but the next morning cause i hadent run in so long everybit of my legs were sore and i dont really no when i noticed but the lil dots spread symetrically to my other leg pretty much like a pinkish red marks from were hairs were sprouting and some longer ones and ive had this before but then i got on the whole stds subject and started thinking i had all these symptoms there was a little pimple same colour as my skin that was hard to pop on each side only one on each and then it just disapeared but the rash lasted a week or more it started to also make my groin area itch then after a few days just stopped itching but the rash was still there it may be cause i started putting moisturiser on it and i was pretty much convinced i had herpes then coincedentally about 2 weeks after i would get random stinging pains behind my urethra for a split second occasionally then it was gone so i thought maybe yeast infection so i started putting tea tree oil and creams under my forskin and then a bit under the left of my penis gland started gettin the stinging pain if i rubbed it in a certain way or just at random i dont have the urethra pain at all ( i also went to the doctors about the rash he said jock itch and gave me cream at this time it was already disapearing)

the risk from a one time encounter is very low.

you can follow up with a type specific herpes igg blood test 3 months post encounter if you are concerned about your status.
