go to westoverheights.com and read herpes handbook. It is very informative and will tell you all you need to know. You cannot, from what I know of Herpes, get HSV 2 through an infected partners mouth. She would shed hsv 1 orally not hsv 2 unless she has an hsv 2 oral infection. And even then, the HSV 2 oral infection would RARELY shed the virus. They are much more prone to shedding in their desired region..... You should not be overly concerned..... Good luck
I am new to this forum & have some issues myself related to genital herpes. But one thing I can tell you is that I have been researching the topic for almost two weeks now & have read tons of material (books, and various trusted goverment, organization, medical website) and all indicate that it is impossible to get herpes by receiving oral sex
from someone with genital herpes. If is genital it stays in the genital area & is only spread if you have genital contact. Now, I did read that oral herpes can give you genital herpes if you receive oral sex
You have read correctly my dear..... EXACTLY!! If someone has genital herpes, the only way for that person to infect someone else is if their genitals come in contact with another person!! If that same person only has herpes of the mouth, that person can give someone herpes if they do oral sex
thank you to all above, and if you would be so kind - i ask my friend if she was blood tested or swab tested - they swabbed a soar on her genitalia, therefore is it possible that she could have contracted both hsv 1 and hsv 2 on the same occasion? (she hasn't been with anyone since said occurance)
with at least 9 women without protection and does not tell them that he has herpes. It seems like there should be some way to warn these women so they are not infected without knowing like I was.
