oral sex herpes symptoms

Hi I am a seventeen year old male and about 2-3 weeks ago I received very brief unprotected oral from a sex worker. (There was also mutual nipple sucking and a few kisses but from what I read these are 0 risk) my symtpom is essentially red dots appearing on my body. The first two red dots appeared at around the 1 week mark and they are on my right forearm. They are about 2-3mm in diameter. They do not itch or bother me. Then at about the 2-3 week mark I noticed a cluster of red dots on my upper arms. Some dots look as if someone poked me with a bright red pen. Others are a little wider and more dull in color. They do not really itch but it sort of feels like bug bites, but I KNOW that's know what this is. Other red dots are near my waist and some have started to move their way down my arms. What is keeping me relatively sane is that as far as my penis is concerned I have noticed almost no symptoms. No abnormal discharge no itching no sores. However according to my regular physical I do have a bit of varicocele  ( dilated vein from left testicle ) I have been urinating a bit more often than usual and for the first time ever my cum is drying up after ejaculation and leaving a white crust along the shaft of my penis. As far as other symtpoms are concerned, I have a hot forehead with no fever symtpoms, and a soreg around my neck

Thank you very much for your quick response. I understand that I am very low risk and it is very unlikey however like I stated, I never experienced anything like this before so I couldn't help but feel a bit anxious and link it to the oral. After all it is also pretty unlikely and might I add unfortunate to develop skin conditions so soon after a sexual encounter. Sorry for being unclear but I said I will visit the urologist about the varicocele detected in my left testicle vein. (BTW with no other symtpoms this should not be STD related right? Also unfortunate to notice this kind of symtpom after sexual encounter i5 is quite worrysome) Again, thanks for your great work... I will visit the dermatologst and the only reason I posted here was to receive a little relief that this not std related because I am still a minor and cannot visit the doctor without family members. I would be able to live with STD but dissaponting my family because of my stupid decision making would be devastating.

Neither herpes nor any other STD can cause symptoms like yours. I'm sure they have nothing to do with the sexual exposure you are concerned about. And oral sex is safe sex anyway; not competely free of risk, but low risk for all sTDs and zero risk for some. The chance of catching genital HSV1 with such a brief oral sex exposure is nearly zero.  And if you caught it, you would be having painful blisters and sores of the penis, no symptoms anywhere else.

As for HIV, your closing statement is correct: it is one of the STDs not transmitted by oral sex. And HIV doesn't cause rash anything like you describe.

Seeing a dermatologist makes sense, but probably not a urologist. There's nothing a urologist can do to evaluate these symptoms. Most dermatologists also are STD specialists.

...sore feeling around my neck and shoulders, also their is a very slightly itchy marks on my inner buttocks. I plan to see a dermatologist and urologist soon but I decided to wait as the symtpoms are not yet severe. I have never experienced anything like this so I can't help but link all this to the unprotected oral. Besides some insight on the relationship between herpes and my symptoms I guess 1 question I should pose is ... can I feel relatively safe that this is more likely a skin conditone because wouldn't herpes sympton atleast show themselves by now at my penis area instead of all these other symptoms around my body. I was primarly concerned about HIV Rash but from what I read it is impossible to get hiv from being on the receiving end of oral. THANKS
