Hi I have really burning sensation in penis urethra. It is a constant burning feeling .
It aint sore when I urinate.

Lets put it this way,pain from herpes sores inside the urethra has been described as some of the most intense pain bearable. So from what your describing i would not think its herpes related at all.

Hi, people can have reoccuring urethra herpes but it would surely be sore when your urinate. How long have you had it and is there any puss discharge? Any unprotected sexual exposures in the last 5 days?
