painless genital bumps

Hi, I have noticed over the past week a small line of painless bumps on my outter labia. I do get pimples down there often enough, but these are different. It started with just one, and now there's about 7. They don't hurt at all, they aren't itchy, they aren't discolored. Other than the sight of them there;s nothing wrong. I doubt it's herpes, though I have had sex about 3 weeks ago, but it was with a partner I've been with over the past 3 1/2 months, and this is the first time something like this has shown up. I do shave, but this doesn't seem like a normal irritation.
Any thoughts on what it could be?

The best thing to do is to see your provider and get these checked out. I agree - they don't sound like herpes.  You need a proper evaluation though to see what they are exactly to make sure it's nothing that needs dealt with.
